Hosts were very helpful, even gave us room in the living space. The family room was large and well equipped with an iron and ironing board, a multi-channel television, and a dining area. It was located in the centre of the town.

We spent here 2 nights and felt very welcome. Affable staff, made the stay nice. And thanks to its very central location it was excellent, in the heart of the town.
Nothing to improve. It met every demand.

I got incredible value for my money at The Queens in Ludlow. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed and a spotlessly clean bathroom. The location was perfect for me, offering quiet solitude while still being close to all the sights and eateries in town. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and gave me the privacy I needed, but were always there when I needed something. They even left some extra goodies in the fridge for me!
Hotel breakfast could be improved by offering more variety.

The location of this place is amazing, right near the town center. The pub is great and the host gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are cozy and the staff is very pleasant. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a hair dryer and bath sheets. We enjoyed a nice breakfast with toast. It's located right in the heart of the town.

The location of the inn was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the pub. Our room was warm and welcoming. The staff and host were incredibly friendly and treated us like family. The facilities were comfortable, with everything we needed, and having a private bathroom was definitely a plus.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything but still quiet. the staff, especially Tim and Jane, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to stay longer so my husband could shower after his race. the food at the pub was excellent, and Michelle was especially helpful. a great experience.
The mattress was a bit too hard for our liking and the bed a little small for our comfort. parking was limited, but there was a public pay and display car park nearby that offered affordable parking options.
